The craftsmanship was impressive, and it felt so special! They even offered to gift wrap it, which was such a nice touch. My partner was thrilled with the gift! The only thing I would suggest is that they consider extending their hours; I had a bit of trouble making it in during the week. Overall, an excellent experience, and I will definitely return for future purchases!
